My Electric Hot water system needed replacement. I used Justin from Brisbane West Plumbing to confirm initially if it wasnt just a simple valve fix (it wasnt). He actually came that same day originally to trouble-shoot the leak/valve on the tank. Justin was able to supply and install the system a couple days later following our acceptance of his quote. Justin was more than happy to discuss components of his work, was friendly and exceedingly professional. He even fixed our two leaking toilets (at no extra charge) while his electrician was finishing off the last bit of wiring. Overall I was happy with the work and impressed with his promptness and efficiency. Definitely a plumber I would use again and very much would recommend to friends and family.

It's difficult when looking for a trades person to know what makes one better than another. Sometimes you luck onto one like I did here with Justin. I left a message and Justin called me back quickly and made an appointment time and actually turned up at that time. His work was without fault, paying attention to the small details and advising on future potential choices. He triple checked that everything was working, left the house cleaner than I had and explained his detailed invoice. The price was very reasonable too and now that I have his magnet on my fridge, I'll always know the right number to call for my plumbing needs. Give him a go and I'm sure you two will soon have another fridge magnet and good plumbing to boot!
