NIGHTMARE DON'T USE LOVELY UNTIL YOU COMPLAIN. DID NOT EVEN BRING A BIG ENOUGH TRUCK THEN TRIED TO CHARGE FOR 2 RUNS. Once I complained their true colours were revealed they rang the movers told them to dump everything in the garage after promising to place everything. They blamed me for not being organised (fail to see how that affects the size of the truck) was very aggressive on the phone suggesting I had too much stuff,trying to say the truck arrived 40 minutes before it did. Requiring payment half n hour before the end of the job. I was so stressed I paid. I never Shouldve add they did not do the job I was quoted for. which was Moving ALL my belongings. $3500 worth of children's furniture ruined offered $50 to get it repaired. All this after i Told them I needed to be out quickly as my home life had become unbearable and had chronic back pain. So needed it all done quickly and stress free. A few days later in hospital with another attack bought on my extreme stress. Didn't even place washing machines, dryers, cupboards, bookshelves, drawers. Big things I have no way of moving. 2 weeks later and 5 runs of 2 1/2 hour return back to my old house I still do not have everything. My ex is now holding things ransom. Do not Trust them, they are heartless to do this to someone in dire need of moving in 1 trip and not even being able to bring a big enough truck (or deliberately not to get extra $$$$s from a vulnerable person) $1000 wasted on these people and still paying! !! Look elsewhere people!

Great service from start to finish. The guys showed up on time, we had 3 pick up points all going to to the one drop off and it went as smoothly as we could have possibly hoped for. Saved us so much time and hard work, plus they were really good and getting the awkward shaped items through small doorways. Will definitely use them again on our next move.

In September this year (2014) we engaged Brisk to move some furniture and boxes from Mooloolaba to our home in Rozelle, Sydney, with some of the items going to our son at Five Dock. They also collected a wardrobe from Rozelle and carried that to Five Dock. The two men who came to load and who delivered a day later were courteous and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. They took great care with all our goods at all times. We were also kept informed by phone of expected times. We can definitely recommend Brisk and in particular would like to offer our thanks to these two employees.

This was a fantastic service in my move from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast and I saved $1000 from a competitor whose service sounded not as good. Nothing was damaged in the process, the guys were cheerful and friendly and managed to squeeze my massive amount of stuff into the truck. While in storage my plants were watered and were in better shape afterwards than before. When I moved to my new place they were really patient when I changed my mind about where the furniture should go. Value for money, efficient and lessoned the pain of moving as they were so friendly and helpful. Well done!

Great Service, Two guys arrived promptly on time 6.30am as booked, both were friendly and very approachable, listened to our instructions and were very careful with our stuff. They loaded up all the heavy and fragile stuff within an hour we helped with little items and job was done and dusted in 2 hours, from Wynnum to north lakes. Great communication with office staff at the other end and only charged for the 2 hours, no hidden extras, ie call out fees or toll bridge fees and we saved over $300 compared to other quotes and because the guys were great at packing in a timely matter. My advice book early and get a discounted hourly rate for being organised. Highly recommend!!!

They damaged my bed, leaving red marks on an expensive bed. They had admitted to leaving red marks on the walls at previous address, from a red shirt and profuse sweating of the removal man. They left gashes in my tv entertainment unit. They also left black marks on my carpet. They lost two cables for my printer that were securely taped with packing tape. They agreed to storage at start of quote, and original quote included 2 weeks. My job start date was delayed beyond my control, and because I complained about the damage, and said I am getting quotes to fix the damage, they demanded $3000 for storage of a bedroom full of gear, for 2 months. Reputable storage co. quotes are $300 for 2 months storage. They said I had to pay $3700 before they would look for my cables. They also asked with disbelief, that I expected to claim the damages, and said I was their worst customer because of that. They asked me to take the day off work to get the gear delivered, and when I couldn't, they expected my landlord to be late for work. They were then late. They took 8 1/4 hours to drive from Coffs Harbour, which I drove from, taking around 6 hours (with a break). They also attempted to put a guilt trip on me when I said I have to work, saying "We are doing you a huge favour." Expecting me to be flexible because they were delivering my goods. I can't be flexible, as I had to work! They put all blame on me, were extremely rude. They are demanding $3000 for storage of a bedroom of furniture for two months!

I recently moved interstate and Brisk was so easy to deal with and so helpful. From the quote through to the delivery, including a free lift to my new unit, they made moving stress free. Both Dave and Aaron were really helpful, polite and a pleasure to move with. I definitely recommend using Brisk for anyone who is moving.
