I recently contacted Britax as I realised that one of the parts was missing from a baby car seat that Ive purchased some time ago. I was re-directed to the parts department right away and spoke to lovely women who knew exactly which part I was referring too. Explaining the situation, she was very understanding and did not question which retailed I purchased from, exactly how long ago and mentioned that she will check the warehouse and try to find the matching colour of the parts for me and have it mailed out. Its service like this that you never seem to question the premium you tend to pay for certain product, as when something goes wrong they seem to provide the most satisfactory level of customer service which is a huge factor in your future purchases and referrals to other family and friends who may be looking for a similar product or similar brand. I would recommend Britax products to anyone, given the recent experience and additional having a number of their products in my household in which I have not had any issues.
