I have just been to Broadbeach Beauty and the service was excellent. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and found that the staff here are very professional. I had an Internet voucher, and although I left my run a bit late to make an appointment (leaving in two days) the staff could not have been more helpful. So I wasn't,t out of pocket, they gave me a mask and a longer facial (they couldn't,fit in the massage) but that was ok. Once again -great service Deb from Victoria

I would firstly like to say that I am not rating this business on their actual beauty services, but their lack of customer service. I spoke to the management in regards to a service I wanted, the customer service I had was VERY POOR, so much so I didn't even make to booking an appointment....I think the management should have done a retail/customer service course on top of their beauty course?! Overall don't bother.
