I visited Broadfuel Broadford place and was extremely disappointed by the lack of basic customer service, the staff had no greeting manners, and as a customer, I did not feel welcomed at all.
Its clear they were reluctant and unable to communicate properly in English, which made the experience frustrating. I think management should prioritise hiring and training staff who are equipped to provide good service.
This is not about being discriminatory, but ensuring quality and professionalism, rather than employing cheap labour that compromises customer satisfaction.If giving less than zero stars were possible, I would.

It's great to see young people trying to re-establish business in Broadford. They have very competitive prices with food and drinks available for purchase. It's also great to see that a lot of people are buying from them, this shows that it's a great Petrol Station. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the Broadford area.

Really friendly staff working here and reasonable petrol prices. Shop is clean and their freshly cooked food tastes great. They stay open until late on weeknights which is really convenient some days.

Great improvement to this servo, I get my gas and petrol here now. The prices are comparable to major servos which is good, about time broadford got a servo that is good
