They didn't mind us asking lots of questions and they went through all the paperwork in fine detail with us so we understood everything that we were agreeing too. They explained the whole process to us and made us feel comfortable buying the house. The agent and their staff went out of their way to accommodate us when it came to signing contracts, picking up paperwork, keys, gaining access to the house for pre-purchase inspections. They were great.
