Staff very friendly and helpful and seem to really know what they are talking about. They have lots of stock to choose from and keep in touch with the market trends.

This is a great place, wonderful people really helpful and knowledgeable. Dangerous place - you always find lots more that you want each time you go! always cheaper than the big guys like bunnings.

I have purchased products on many occasions from the Produce center at Brookfield and am always happy with them. Their service is very good, but some of the products are quite expensive. Overall a good place to go to get great products and excellent knowledge.

The Staff are always very helpful and have what you need with a large variety of pet needs. I have never shop there and not been able to find what I needed. Because this is a family business their focus is very much on the customer

Staff are all very helpful and knowledgable. I have been in for a variety of reasons over the years, from pet care to gardening products. They have an excellent range and you are able to buy in bulk thus save $$$.

Always helpful, great range of quality products at good prices. Everything you could imagine from farming supplies to a worm pasts for the cat. Makes for a great outing with family looking at all the animals. Even has a range of fresh vegies occassionally.

Brookfield's Pet Pavilion has got the charm of past times. Everyone's been really helpful, and the service and value are spectacular. A hint to any staff member reading this, I almost never by anything there except for birds.

Excellent store. Has almost anything you need for your pets. The staff were courteous and helpful and even helped carry heavy items out to the car. The place is huge, however, it is sometimes a little awkward to find things inside.
