We had new tyres put on 2 weeks ago, the service was fine and we had nothing to complain about. We have since started noticing a bumping noise when turning corners. I dropped back in today to see when they could have a look at it and I was shocked at the customer service provided. I don't know anything about tyres nor do I claim to know anything, I can only try and explain my problem to the best of my ability and had the person at the front desk roll his eyes and sigh at me to the point where I had to remind him that not everyone who walks through their doors will have a thorough understanding of tyres. I was made to feel quite little and to be honest I would not bother going back to this business again! This is the motto on their website '
