Just so utterly disappointed with this practice as I was waiting in the waiting room for about 20min for 10month old baby to be seen who hasn't been herself in a few days, then to be told because my baby has a runny nose the doctor will not be able to see her they will call me because of Covid 19.
I told them when I rang this morning that she has a runny nose, mostly probably sore ears, just irritable just not herself. They still let me come wake her up to come into the practice and then this ... The rest of the family doesn't have any symptoms by the way.
I am furious what sort of hypocritical oath have they taken!!!
Last time we had a cold we got Covid tested and it was negativ and even then we were not able to see the doctor either not sure this practice might only see patients that are well

We had a terrible experience with unprofessional and uncaring service during a medical emergency. They were not friendly to me changing a nappy there. Will not be back at all.

Was great value for a quick drop in appointment. The only downside was the man I saw had a language barrier and that's not a good thing for the industry. Other than that a great experience. The ladies were more than ready to give a few shots on the day and wow'd me.

Needed an urgent appointment and was pleased to be able to be fitted in at such short notice. Lovely receptionists, I did have a 15 minute wait but luckily I was in no hurry to be anywhere. I wasn't entirely happy with my doctor, who prescribed me a drug that I'd had before. Despite this, there were no reminders of the effects of the antibiotics, when to take them etc - I didn't feel very looked after or comforted. Certain doctors do bulk bill though so that's a plus

The receptionists are so friendly, there is one lady who has a genuine care and interest for the patients, and I have seen many of the doctors there. They have all been great, I will definitely go here again.
