My experience with The Brookvale Toy Hire Library surpasses any customer service experience I have EVER had. The owners are more than friendly, or kind... they go out of their way. They helped me figure out what i needed and helped me find what i wanted. Honestly, I have never come across two people who are more dedicated to provided top service. Well done and thankyou.
This Toy hire / library went out of their way to assist me. I needed an item last minute and they stayed open late to assist me and went out of their way to ensure that I got the product I needed.
It is not everyday you see this sort of service.
