Very dissapointing experience with this business. I was spoken to very rudely over the phone when I questioned the price of some drycleaning that they still had on their premises. They wouldn't accept a voucher as I didn't have it with me at the time I dropped it off, however the lady was so extremely rude and aggressive on the phone. I complained to their head office and never heard a response. I had a suit drycleaned to a satisfactory level however I will never, ever return.

I left a tie to be drycleaned. A simple tie. When I picked it up I noticed it was ruined, they had ironed or steamed it or something and now the tag was visable through the front. They were unapologetic and wouldnt replace the tie or refund the price of the drycleaning.
