I took my computer in to have multiple viruses removed, as well as getting the RAM and graphics card upgraded.
The next morning the computer was fixed, the ram upgraded and they even went as far as to optimize my PC and ensure everything is up to date and as it should be.
The best part is the fact that I had my computer back home, in my office within 24 hours of dropping it off.
