Great service thanks for the info on my aircon

Best customer service I have had in many years. Quality workmanship and affordable prices.
I have already referred two friends and will be using them for all my auto repairs in the future.
Seldom do you find this kind of service in this modern world.

Happy with service of car, however they need to work on their communication of how long the service will take, how to use all the facilities in the waiting area, such as the coffee machine.

I do love MG but I don’t feel I am being 100% looked after.
Had my vents fixed and while I am very happy they are fixed, there were fingerprints everywhere around them. A quick clean would have made me feel looked after and would have looked great!

Friendly staff, wealth of knowledge, really love cars and are happy to help, even with the little things.

Prompt service, friendly and helpful staff. When booking the service in the day before, they made notes of what I requested for the service department so I didn't have to repeat myself and explain again. When I picked up the vehicle, there was an answer back to my questions on my invoice and which page in the manual I could find it on. The only reason why I give 4 stars and not 5 is because when dropping the car off, it isn't clear where to park, and drove and walked around a bit until one of the service guys came out to help me. Which was fine because he was friendly and helpful.

Amanda is magnificent... answering multiple phones at once but still giving customers the full attention they need. Service department was brilliant... FINALLY I’ve found a workshop who “gets it!”

10000 Service for MG3 Auto Took 1.5 Hours Cost $265 Rang up the day before and Service booked in for the next day at 1000.

I would recommend mg Browns plains as the service I got was excellent and I will definitely take my car back when my service is due
