We have had dealings with this Real Estate firm for a number of years and have found them to be very astute, trustworthy and prompt to fulfill all their business obligations.

We have a property in Holland Park rented out through their offices which we bought through them in the first place. They have always bargained fiercely to get the best tenants and to make sure the property was tenanted nearly all the time.

They also have a wonderful service where, if there is a problem such as the hot water heater needing repair they can send a tradesperson around and have it sorted out. Meanwhile they always have great communication with us so we know what is going on.

Regular trips are made to check on things and everything is always in reality just as good as it is over the phone or by email. No hidden surprises.
