Excellent staff, very knowledgeable, they always have my pet's best interests in mind and most of all they made my dog feel welcome and comfortable. They give treats to reward my dog for doing things like staying on the scales, and also after she gets injections or has to experience something unpleasant which promotes and reinforces the positive training methods they teach the owners to use in training a well behaved pet. Puppy pre-school was also excellent, very good start to training a well behaved and well socialised happy puppy. Excellent care of my puppy when she was desexed and had hernias repaired, quality post-op care. Would recommend them without hesitation.

I have been a customer of this business (and former business) for 15 years. I find the staff and the Vets here extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, very caring. The clinic is clean, modern and very well equipped with all the latest of technology. My dog was really sick last year and the staff went beyond my expectation in their care and consultation. I would never go to any other Vet.
