Have been using this practice for quite a long time, but have found over years theres a high turnover of staff with little consistency & owner unfortunately has not been there in practice for as many years.
Shame it was such a great place, no disrespect to current staff there, but I definitely think there’s some issues in that workplace.

BE CAREFUL HERE!! DISGUSTING FALSE INFORMATION GIVEN BY VET!!
The vet will tell you get this done get that done its ALL covered under the insurance we'll add this and that and submit the claim and they'll pay 80% of it ALL - complete and utter lies!! I am significantly out of pocket due to the vet telling me this - you trust the vet she says shes delt with all the insurance companies and its fine - read the reviews of all these insurance companies is a load of rubbish!! She should be ASHAMED of herself!!!

The best vet's in town - Alex the vet is amazing and has come to the rescue of our frenchie numerous times. All the staff are wonderful and very accommodating. We have been to see so many vets and Alex is the best!
