Ive been going here for Years to get my dogs hair done. They do a great job Including nails and annual glands.it's the only place my sister has found that she can take her poodles without them getting hysterical.

The staff at this "friendly" pet centre are quite possibly the rudest people I have ever come across. Rang ahead to book in for a feet hair clipper and when I arrived they tried to cut my dogs nails which I said he didn't need doing and was told that I had booked in for that. When I said that I had advised I wanted a feet hair clipper, I was quickly told that I was wrong and I had never asked for that. I then had to ask twice for them to release my dog from their restraints so we could leave. Maybe if the manager hadn't come in a bullet a gate telling me how wrong I was, I may have understood where they were coming from and rebooked for a time when they could clipper the feet hair properly. It isn't what you say, it is how you say it. After recommending friends to visit this place, I have quickly spread the word that it is a place not to take your pet to.

This business has moved from Sydney Road and has improved out of sight. High standards, knowledgable, excellent advice on pet care and nutrition. Maria gives all her customers great service. This pet shop is fast becoming an icon in Brunswick and a great place to hang out. Dogs are most welcome and you can even get your cat groomed (without sedation). High ethical standards. All kittens are vaccinated, wormed and desexed. Friendly staff.

Service is 5 star, products are good quality and the owner Maria is always on site and approachable. You get the sense that they care about your pet more than their next sale.
