Reached out to Yvonne as I needed colour correction , made me feel at ease, opened shop early for me, explained what had gone wrong with my blonde and what she would do to fix it, explained process, listened and empathised with my situation . Her expertise in her field clearly came through as she started working on my hair. Following my consultation yvonne worked her magic and when my hair was done, it was fabulous. Went out in the afternoon and received 2 compliments re my hair colour, wow!!
