thought i have to share my experience after all these great reviews which is why i actually got in contact with BRW. Have been trying for several times initially got a hold of guess must be rose who told me to send an email on what i need and would get a quote back same day - very friendly. This is about it never got a response after giving them 2 days to respond called again left message for call back what the issue is etc to be on the save side also filled in their web form again stating ..- this has now been more than a week - with no reply response - not sure if they are good if your lucky and they respond - will never know - they seem to be doing very well not having to respond or needing any new customers - in my book this is not just bad customer service but simply no manners. - good luck if anyone wants to try them

Called BRW to fix an issue that required a weekend call out. Rose talked me through how to isolate the issue and get all my other appliances working again saving me an expensive call out fee and the problem and inconvenience of not having a working fridge over the weekend. This company gives tradies a good name.

Was recently referred to BRW Electrical by a friend who highly recommended them and I completely agree. The electricians were very professional and their work is excellent. They also offered a very reasonable price compared to other quotes I'd received. Work was completed efficiently at the agreed time I'm very happy with the outcome. Cheers!

My husband and I value professionalism and integrity when we are looking for people to work with us we run a local produce store and we were so pleased at the work of Brian and Rose from BRW. Our power went out and our first thought was to call the electrician we usually use but he wasn't available so we looked online and found BRW. Not only did Rose answer the phone straight away she was so helpful in finding a time as soon as possible for the electricans to come. BRW were prompt and reliable and saved our stock which would have been ruined otherwise thank goodness!! When Brian arrived they had no problem locating the switchboard and went above and beyond recommending power saving lightbulbs which they installed a couple without any hassle at all so that we could trial them and see how they go and whether they actually save us money. They turned up on time cleaned up their mess and were extremely polite. Excellent work. Gladly recommend.

I chose to employ the services of this contractor through the reviews on this website. Surprisingly my experience was different to others and out of fairness I should share that experience with you. BRW rang me one morning to visit me for a quote. I had rang the office earlier in the week but I was actually unprepared for this impromptu visit so unsurprisingly I missed the call but also I was at work anyway so how would that work? BRW left me a message to call the office which note I immediately did nobody answered though so I left a message myself to get in touch so I could get things going. After a period of time and no response I tried again no reply and I left another message. I rang a few times actually and nobody has bothered to return my calls or explain this random approach to service. I feel that when things are going well for this company they may well be 100% but step off track and they show complete indifference to the client? This is my own opinion and based on my experiences. I'm sure that when they turn up and get on with the job they are good but there are other aspects of service that need addressing.

I phoned BRW on FRiday morninghe returned my call 30 mins later.I explained that I needed to change come old ceiling lights for the new recessed downlightershe advised me what to buy and would phone again on Monday.He phoned on Monday and 30 mins later two electritions arrived armed with drop sheets and dustpan and brush they left 2 hours later job done to our entire satisfaction and had refused offers of teacoffeesoft drinks and home made cakes. Marvellous!!! Stuart Campion
