A butcher shop that will take you back to a bye-gone era. Reminded me of our local country butcher shop from when I was a kid. Meat hanging on hooks, visible in the coolroom area behind the counter, very small, old (but clean). The butcher was an elder gentleman. The young fellow that served us was probably an apprentice, under 20, I would say, and went out of his way to help us. We wanted some marinated chicken fillets, so he marinated them for us, while we waited (from a choice of different marinades. The meat all looked nice and fresh, and a sign out the front advertised that they had won awards for their sausages.(but, we did not try them).
