Mark has been giving my dog Gimli a fortnightly bath for some time now but today was only the second time I had been here. Usually he comes during the day or when my partner is home. We have been very happy with the service, but today I saw how excited Gimli was to see Mark and the genuine affection between the two of them. Given that Gimli hates water and the dryer it shows how well Mark understands dogs and the bond of trust they have developed when Gimli tolerantly accepts both. I couldn't ask for more. I found Mark's online, Our Jack Russell Chitzu needed a haircut badly and the regular groomer was booked out. Mark fits us in ASAP, was punctual, did a great job a long matted hair. We were very happy with the service and will definitely recommend Mark and use his services in the future. Thank you

After a number of bad experiences (not turning up, uneven clips etc.... ) with a variety of groomers, we rang our vet in desperation for a recommendation. He recommended Mark and we made an appointment. The rest is history - Mark was on time and Jersey had an excellent clip. Her little face was beaming when he brought her back and she looks fantastic. Finally found a reliable, professional dog groomer. The staff provides a service i would highly recommend to any dog owner! I have used a few groomers for my dog Max over a period of time and never been fully satisfied until now! There is never an issue of working out a day and time to suit myself and the staff to have Max groomed and best of all his prices are very reasonable.
