I admit this business is cheap,

Their emails seemed professional enough initially

This company however does not achieve results

I booked them for a wedding

They changed the entire itinerary and all the pick up time and didn't notify anyone. I found out about the changes 4 days later after several unpleasant phone calls.
The driver called me on the day and was argumentative about the times agreed upon in the email and indicated that I was making up the times.

No formal or informal information was shared from the company to indicate they had changed the times.

Their head office has confirmed with me on the phone they will not check off the itinerary/guest lists at each stop and they do not expect their driver to check if they have picked up the correct number of passengers or do a head count at the last stop.

As a result of this change in timing and lack of responsibility they missed an international guest at my wedding, who then missed the ceremony.

When the bus was to take the guests home after the wedding, I got a call from the bus driver asking "is everyone on the bus".

The bus driver had a list of the names (we are talking only 20ish people)

He refused to check off on the number of people on the bus or check off their names and hung up mid conversation.

The company followed up days after the wedding asking if everyone had gone well

Upon finding our they had run the bus at a time not agreed upon, began to tell me how this was their fault.

They did not offer any partial refund or compensation

They then blamed me after a few minutes of talking in circles citing it should be widely known that the point of contact number required must also be on the bus. (At no point was this mentioned by email prior to the booking or on the day when they called me)
Further to this when I spoke to them on the day, the driver called the point of contact. there were no issues or discussions around not being on the bus and the driver confirmed receipt of the itinerary I sent him again via text message.

He then ran the service 10-15 minutes earlier, confirmed by the owner on the phone using the bus GPS

This service does not take responsibility and may leave you in an extremely poor situation .

Pay the extra amount and go with a reputable service. The extra money is not worth all the phone calls, emails and heart break on an important day
