We have had various dealings with this business. Sometimes they are very helpful and other times it seems to be too much trouble to serve you. They also don't guarantee their products as my husband has lost the nose pieces off his glasses soon after purchase and had to pay for new ones to be fitted. I also had problems with a pair of sunglasses and they didn't want to know about it. Needless to say we now use a different retailer.
