Good carpet cleaners can be hard to find, but having seen a number of jobs completed by Budget as part of our network, I am very happy to say that every time the work done has been excellent. I know you can't keep everybody happy all of the time, but the quality of carpet cleaning work done by Budget definitely comes as close as you can get. In addition, we have seen excellent results from their work on rugs, couches and dining chairs. Highly recommended for your next steam cleaning services.

Terrible customer service, the Money-back guarantee advertised on their site is an utter lie.

After receiving direct mail from Budget Steam Cleaning when our apartment went for lease, we booked a Vacate / Moving out cleaning job with them as per the advertisement in their direct mail. The cleaner failed to do as they promised as the real estate agent informed us of several items including cupboards, oven and surfaces etc that were still unclean. We called to have this corrected by the Budget Steam but were informed we'd have to pay another 2 hrs of cleaning at $98 total (the original amount!).

So not only did they not honour their money-back guarantee, they tried to charge us a second time for the full amount of the original job to correct their error!

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE. If you want your Bond back, don't use these guys.

Definately recommend these guys if you need your carpets cleaned. The staff member did a fantastic job and even got out some stains I was worried about!

We have used these guys twice now and both times done a great job. Second time we had the whole house cleaned after a very messy Spring Racing Week on the carpets. All stains and muck had been removed. We were not at home when they came, the man let himself in with no hassles.

They were prompt and did a great job. Friendly staff, good value. They removed 2 years worth of dirt and staining from my carpet and my lounge suite. When we called they answered the phone straight away and told us about the process they use. When the cleaner came out he discussed the detail of what he was going to do and was very thorough. I had my sofas and dining chairs upholstery steam cleaned. I was not happy with the standard of cleaning - see below. The staff member was friendly, though not very helpful.
