Our gas ducting needed replacing. Other companies wanted to charge us for the quote, or didn't return our calls. Michael assessed our needs over the phone, and gave us a sound quote that he stuck by. On installation day, the men turned up when they said they would, and worked 6 solid hours without any sort of obvious break. The were pleasant at all times. The installation was very efficient and trouble free for us.

Couple of rooms at my place got serious water damage cause the old washing machine. In the middle of the night, I called a couple of place for price. The lady answered was very polite despite of the late hour and gave us a firm price (which was impossible to get from the other place I called).

The next day, Chris came as promised first thing in the morning. He assessed the condition and left the fan blowers on under the carpet. The drying process took over 10 days and we did not get charged extra. On the last day, our carpet was also steam cleaned.

I was so relieved no damage was done to the carpet, underlay or the property. We are very impressed with Chris's service and his level of care. He was friendly, competent and reassuring; this eased the stress of the whole ordeal. We will definitely be going back to him for future carpet cleaning.

Our cleaner arrived approximately an hour late.... He mentioned that my carpet was dirty.... hello!!! yes that is why I called you!!! Had to make him go over some obvious places he missed and then later when he left I noticed a lot more of missed marks. the job was ok but not exceptional. He also cleaned my suede chairs, which came up ok. I didn't bother to complain as I don't expect them to come back to re-clean any stage soon. I wont be using them again as I would suspect there are better services out ther. Due to lack of time I only called a few companies and I went on price, very reasonable but I guess the old saying you get what you pay for rings true everytime!!

Had carpets cleaned but when they dried there were stains that were not there before.These were stains that had been caused by spilling water on the carpet (i have been told this is called "browning")Also other stains which I can only put down to not taking the vaccuum cleaner over the carpet enough,pulling the dirt to the surface then the dirt being left there.I called the company and was told the technician who cleaned my carpets would get back to me.This never happened so once xmas etc was out the way I called them again and explained to the same lady what the prob was so she booked me in for a free reclean.The day for the reclean came and I sat and waited for a couple of hours after having moved all the furniture out the room.Nobody turned up,nobody called.I called the company again and got the same lady.Again I explained that what had happened and told her I would take this further and I would never use them again.I didnt even receive an apology.Disgusting service!!
