I have known Jason for almost 15 years, he did the pre-purchase inspection of my house and I have had him come out to my place almost every year to do treatments (for insects and rodents) and he is fantastic. We needed to get a pre-purchase pest inspection done. Jason was recommended by our building inspector. He did a very thorough job. He was highly efficient.
He had trouble sending the report to my email due to issues at my side but he was kind enough to drive all the way to my palce to deliver the printed copy.
He also spent 30 minutes explaining the report. I was really impressed with how knowleagable he is.
In the next few days I had to call him a few times to ask questions and each time he spent a lot of time on the phone explaining things.

In the process of purchasing our new home we discovered it had termites. As we still loved it and were able to negotiate a lower price, we decided to get a quote by Bug Off to spray the house.
While it took Jason ages to actually make it to our house, he kept ringing and cancelling last minute, once he did get here he had it done in a day. As my husband was also able to do some of the pipe laying himself we got a great discount and it ended up being $1,000 less than the original quote.
Jason also had to put holes in our paving but came back a few days later to putty them up for us at no extra cost. He was very professional and quick in his delivery, we just had to get him to stick to his day.
We would recommend this service.
