Since I have been renovating I found them to be quite helpful and they seem to have the basics at their store but their was a smaller store just a bit further down that I found most of the things I wanted because they were similar in price and also had better variety but overall one could definitely go back their and shop.

This place has a great range of baths, basins and bathroom ware at really affordable prices, we picked up a brand new spa bath over $150 cheaper than lots of other places quoted. If there's something that's not in floor stock, the guys there can give you heaps of catalogs to look through until you find the one you want, and it doesn't take long to order in for you. Their service is really great, although they are very busy and sometimes takes a while to speak to someone for advice. They have a big range to choose from, from basic stuff to top of the range. Worth a look. They occasionally have Reno Specials, so look out for those.
