Outstanding customer service order is normally received next day, any email questions are normally answered same day, high quality Australian made protein powders at half the price paid in retail stores. Taste 10/10, Mix-ability 10/10, Value 10/10.
After trying their product and finding it did not mix well and had an unpleasant flavour the following happened:
I received an email from Bulk Powders stating they had been hacked by "Malaysian cybercrime skimming hackers".
The email was extremely convoluted and they would not make clear what happened, nor take any responsibility, but as I understand it my and every other users accounts and credit cards were potentially compromised.
Also just recently Ive received emails from other Melbourne companies using the single purpose email I'd used for Bulk Powders, which seems to indicate to me that Bulk Powders has sold my email address to spammers or friend's businesses against my will.

As a regular Bulk customer reading this review angers me enough to join this review site to set things right. A narrow mined review of this nature is damaging to a highly respected Australian supplement company. Firstly all their products are of the highest quality, I’d say the best made in Australia. Secondly if you pulled your head out of the sand you would realise that the fact they contacted you to warn you of any possible security threat is them taking direct responsibility to ensure their customers are safe guarded, this is IMO excellent customer service and putting you the customer first. Hacking is a criminal act by low life criminals you seem to be confused on who is a victim and who is a criminal. Lastly you’re accusing them of selling your email, an email you only use to shop on their site, how many emails do you have? I highly doubt it. I’d revisit your review john5 as it's unjustifiable
In all fairness to members' reviews, womo is a place where people can voice their opinion of their experiences with a business, whether it be good and bad. excellent quality protein powders at a fraction of the cost of which you will buy in health food stores, better to buy in bulk- 5kg lots tho website sales only comparable in quality to max's & the larger branded supplements......def recommend

Mix-ability - separates/wont mix properly, more like 0
value - when you find out your credit card may have been stolen due to holes/their lack of security, and if they then sell your email address to spammers, the value is less than 0, it's a cost.
Your opinions are superficial and like many of my gym mates we all could not be happy with Bulk Powders products and service. I’ve read some of your other reviews and you seem to know more about doughnuts than protein powders. Stick with what you know. :)
