Whenever I'm on Springvale I always have to pass by here for a sandwich-regardless of hunger! I always get the chicken and my partner loves the pork. So tasty and bursting with flavour, have to admit at times, I guess depending on who makes the sandwich, it can be a little oily but apart from that this place is definitely a must!

MY HUSBAND LOVE BUN BUN BAKERY. HE GOES THERE FOR A QUICK, DELICIOUS TREAT AFTER GETTING HIS HAIRCUT. THEIR FRESHLY BAKED SWEETS AND SAVOURIES SATISFY HIS SWEETTOOTH.

I often go here to buy one of their pork or chicken rolls. They have won some awards for these products. Price is around $4 and provides a very competitive, Asian alternative to a Subway.

The cakes are very delicious and fresh. The location is very convenient and easy to find it as well. I would recommend this shop for cakes and breads. The staff is good and always help to with finding what you want.

They're okay in terms of service and appearance. Though sometimes, the shop does look a little unclean. Though I really enjoy eating their bread with pate and mayo. They are really nice if you go there, it's definitely a must try.

it was not to bad, same as other bunnings. i just went once and had looking around and asking staff to find out things and how to fix it and help to find suitable attachments which was helpful.

The best vietnamese pork rolls in Victoria! I always order the hot chicken and pork rolls with lots of carrot, coriander, spring onion, and chilli however you can customise it as you please.

I have never had an issue with food poisoning here but I do believe it got some bad press over the years from people who didn't eat the rolls immediately and left them out in warm temperatures.
