Does not communicate very well, would take up to a week to reply to email or would not call back. Pool coating peeling off. Did not go out of there way to try to help as I had to organise and keep in contact with trying to get pool problems fixed.

We would like to have the chance to respond to this inaccurate review. Firstly, you have supplied a business name and address that no longer exists. Secondly, as you are aware we installed your SECOND HAND pool in June 2019, when issues arose with the surface of the pool mid 2020 , we advised that we would attend to it after the heat of the summer 2020/21 had finished. This was scheduled for the week that we unfortunately were shut done this year due to COVID-19 and we are awaiting on a contractor to solve the issue of your pool surface. As soon as this happens the job will be completed and you will be notified. (As you aware you will be unable to use your pool for a minimum of 1 week, which we can appreciate would not be in your best interest while the weather is still warm).
