This man has no business being in business. His customer communication skills are non-existent and is as arrogant as it is possible to be.
He does not honor warranties and will try to get more money out of the customer. I demanded my computer back from him after months of no communication and no repairs only to have him try to intimidate me physicaly and insist he didn't have it. It was returned to me a week later after a threatening legal letter, still unrepaired.
