I enjoy book shop browsing, especially second hand. I was surprised by the content & range of titles. The building has old-world charm that adds to the experience. The proprietor is very pleasant & knowledgeable and is willing to procure any title that you may request.

Has moved to a larger premises at 14 Sturt street Ballarat and the business name has changed. The name is now, "The Known World Bookshop." I have not yet had the chance to visit . (It's on my 'to-do' list.)
