great big store with loads of cheap items and some instore specials.i really enjoyed my time strolling through the shop and seeing what new products they have in.

Ordered a hws on Saturday for installation on Monday. The installer installed the wrong model. The installer told me that he will come back to install the right model the following day but he never comes back until Thursday, after I called Bunnings to complain. I was disappointed at first with Bunnings because when I called to complain I was told to call Dux directly, I told her that they should be the one calling them as I am not directly dealing with Dux, I had to insist that they call Dux since I am their customer - an unsatisfied customer. She called them and voila! the installer came the next day to deliver and install the right model.

This is my best store!!!! most of the staff very capable and they know what they talking about so not to worry too much about the information also for the best price
