It is very difficult to get any assistance. When you do see a service rep they disappear as quickly as possible. Perhaps if they stopped employing young kids that don't give a dam, they may do better.

I really love the prices at Bunnings but do they have to come at the price of service!
When ever I go to Bunnings lately I can never find anyone and when I do they don't seem to be able to answer my questions without referring me to the trade desk! Why can't they employee more than one person who actually knows what they are talking about like the advert on TV.

They have everything i need to help me around the house. The staff there are so helpful and generous with their time to explain my queries. I find that their prices are normally cheaper for the things you can get from other stores. Parking is normally not an issue in the area.

We went there looking for a particular five piece outdoor dining setting. No one was available to assist us find the setting on the shelves. It turned out that they didn't have any left and we had to go to Balcatta store.

I went into the store to buy a whipper snipper, although they didn't have what I wanted in stock they were very helpful and courteous. The sausage sizzle outside was a bonus!
