I bought an Ozito battery operated chainsaw today.
Tyler was so courteous and helpful....I am so grateful for his valued advice. I am quick to critisise BUT also quick to give 'credit where due'.
Management should be so pleased to have staff like young Tyler...AND...no...I have never met Tyler before today; I am a genuine customer!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a fantastic experience at Bunnings this morning . I had a problem with some paint I had purchased and lovely Cara at the paint desk was so patient and helpful. Thanks so much to Cara ! What a sweetie !

I recently rented a truck from Bunnings at Kirrawee to assist me in moving house. I found the booking process to be quite straight forward, with very clear terms and conditions. I was frustrated by the lack of staff when we arrived at Bunnings to get the truck, we did not get on the road for at least 30 mins after our booking, which did set us back a bit. I found the rental to be good value for money and I would rent here again.

Really, we get what we pay for. Their bargains are often not worth it. We're satisfied with the paints and wood and staff friendliness, but generally disappointed with the limited range of brands and quality of most items such as garden tools, bathroom fittings, Christmas lights, furniture, nursery plants, electric fans, etc. We only go back to Bunnings because there aren't many alternatives for DIY in Sydney. We keep returning products because they just are not of acceptable quality and fail during installation. I long for healthy competition from some other business. Monopoly can't be good.

Kirrawee Bunnings is the biggest hardware shop in The Shire. They have the largest range of DIY products around as well as heaps of parking, a good play-land for the kids, an indoor cafe and sausage sizzles every weekend.

So relax, grab a coffee, dump the kids and have a look around at all the things you can buy to turn your house into a home. (and then have to spend more money getting a professional tradesman to fix your mistakes)

Its always nice to walk into a store and be greeted. I couldn't find what I wanted so asked a staff member who pretty much bent over backwards to help me. Eventually found what I wanted and the staff at the checkouts were just as friendly and nice. Overall a great shopping experience where I actually felt like a customer not an inconvenience.

All good. A great shopping experience. Easy to access products and they are reasonably priced. Purchased a few Christmas presents from there all in the one transaction - too easy. Thanks!

It has a large array of things but floor staff are often hard to find and cues at the cash registers seem to take a long time sometimes, the self seve checkouts dont take cash . It does always amaze me that no matter how long the cash register cues get they seem to think that it is better to have a staff member meet you at the door and say hi, rather than serve the customers even when it is busy.

I love Bunnings, and the one at Kiiaww is a great example of one. There is plenty of parking, friendly staff and all of the products are very easy to find. The painting colour stall is great

Good: Nice layout, plenty of parking. Great range of products.
Bad: Only 1 set of public toilets. Runs out of certain products fast (in my case anyway)
