Quality of bunnings products are great, good value for money too. Service is lacking. It takes forever to find someone who can help. I waited 20 minutes once. I also waited over 2 months for a product to come into the store. I had given my number to at least 3 people to call when it came in stock and they still didnt call.
Pleasant easy experience. Cant go past Bunnings. Always good value and great service, easy parking and the kids love it!

Bunnings staff are always able to help us when we cannot find something. They have a wide range of items, from very cheap generics to top quality brands. We keep going back because they have everything we need around our house and we know we can always get the best price.

Totally agree! Ever since Bunnings opened in Maitland, every time I have shopped there the staff have always been friendly and very helpful and cheerful and it is a pleasure to find this in a store.
