The friendliest people on the planet work at Bunnings Warehouse! Bunnings is a place full of excitement and possibly Perfect if your making any kind of renovations projects or gardening and they can give you advise on just about anything. Last time i bought some "flyscreen" and some plants they were very friendly and ready to help and i got extra kudos for being a DIY "girl".

Service is really lacking at this store. I have been there many times and find it really difficult to find the items I need. If you can find a staff member they are not willing to help or they freely admit that they don't know anything about the product!

very helpful team in toolshop and in paints, i couldnt get any help elsewhere but these guys were awesome and helped me out for painting my home and repairs. best advice and got me the tools as well.

Pretty good. Nothing like the ads, though. No one is around to help and when you actually ask for help they don't know. Apart from the weird staff responses pretty decent.

A bit hard to find someone to give advice especially on the weekend and on the evening. Although I had asked the front desk to send a staff to help me however no one ever turn up. I love bunning and it comes to be handy. In overall the service is Good or even a bit more than good however this evening things a bit different. I bought 'Brenzomatic kit fat boy Yellow bottle' and I love this item however the tag and the recite showed 85 gr while the item was 1.35 KG same with other kit except the gas mixture. I asked the manager to come and showed her the misprint. She spoke to me as I am one of her employee with the word 'regardless' over and over. It is hard to say sorry and to admitted the mistake. I did not even ask for refund as I already used the gas and I won't return this wonderful kit. I just want her to admit and to change the right tag. Sorry Mrs Manager you need to learn to say sorry from Kevin Rudd and old word say "Customer is the King" and we are not one of your staff...Mum

A great value store. A large variety of products. Staff are always friendly and helpful. A great place to shop for anything from hardware to gardening needs. Always great value for money.

It is a big warehouse but there are no staff around to assist you with the inquiry.

If Bunnings to improve services in this area - more staffs to be on the warehouse floor to assist further. Maybe staff should be multitasking so that they could assist in more than one area rather than only one or two staffs in a particular product.

I went to Bunning Warehouse in Auburn yesterday for a toilet water tank. it's too hard for me to find one staff to help with my choice. They need have more staffs in one shift to improve their services.

value isvery good. noone can beat there prices. They have everything there. I love shopping at nunnings, everything is cheap there. Customer service isnt that great. You have to actually chase for one in order to ask a question

No one can beat this bunnings warehouse. So much to choose from. The staff are extremely helpful and fully catered to my needs. I recommend this place to all of my friends. mitre 10 is no good. Bunning Warehouse:)
