Went to Broadmeadow Bunnings to. hire a carpet cleaner . Despite there was 5 carpet clleners on the shelf. The middle aged employee said that some were booked and some were to be serviced apparently. People booked them but forgot to take them. One shopper from Bunnings store less.

wonderful place to get all your DIY needs affordable and handy to have near. I love to buy all my seedlings from here to start my vegie patch and have never had a bad seed so to speak.>)

"Rose" at the Paint Counter is the go to girl for anything at all to do with painting. She knows everything. I very impressed. Will not hesitate to go there again.

The first time I shopped here they charged me twice on my credit card. I asked the girl at the time if this would happen, since I didn't like her attitude in swiping my card. So, when I got my bank statement and saw I'd been charged twice I went straight back. This time the guy I talked to sorted it out for me with no hassles. So, it is mixed depending on the person working.

I had great customer service and very good advice on a few products I was about to purchase which made it easy for me to do thanks to the information that the staff member supplied! The staff member working on the door was very friendly and made me feel welcome.

They have everything you need.Excellent customer service. They have trade people working for them so if you have any problem just ask one of there trade people on the floor and they will help you. If you can't find an item just go to special order desk and they will order it for you.

Bunnings is a great place for all you DIY home needs. Large range of plants and outdoor settings. Love the paint section. Great friendly and knowledgable staff that are always there to help you.
