i recently shopped here for a new security screen door handle and becuse there so big with so much, i had to ask for assistance even though the lady i asked couldnt help me she was quick to get someone who could, he told me what to do and the best products for the job it made my job alot easier. i was greeted by friendly staff on my way in and out of the store it was definatley a pleasure to shop there i will be back there again soon

Lots of overwelmingly tall shelves, it is hard to locate staff, when you do they say there not from that department i will have to find someone from that department. The range is massive.
