Not sure why my wife and I with relevant credentials to enter the store are told only one person can enter. In the store there were families with teenage kids, young couples and even a couple in their 80’s! You can’t tell me they are all trade customers!!!! Just a Dominance security guard with attitude. Not happy at all

Terrible service!! Do not order online. We tried today to do click and collect, kept coming up with error message and told to try again. We tried multiple times and now been charges three time totalling 750.00 and they have no order! Tried to complain took 1hr and 20minutes to get through to someone and was no help they said I could order with them but would have to pay again and I would receive my other money back over the next week!! Terrible service all round I would recommend using another company don’t seem to care about there customers or reputation

Can't complain about Bunnings they have friendly staff willing to help and do have most items you are looking for, plant section is always a delight. Just a shame they don't place items in a bag can be very inconvenient at times..I am sure they could afford to ..bring the bags back.

This place is huge! Has everything a handyman could need. Friendly staff who are willing to offer advice and assist people like myself who aren't familiar with that they are looking for

A great shop to visit for all you garden and home do it yourself jobs. The staff and lovely and know what they are talking about and where to find things. Prices are great.

To give an example of some great service, I took my pram in hoping to get a new screw for a part that had fallen out - and a staff member came over to help me, found the correct screw and even went so far as to fix it onto my pram for me! That is one of a number of examples I have of people in this store going above and beyond.

Its true what they say, the staff are so helpful and they all know where everything is located. If they can't help with a question they find someone who can. This place is always busy, has great sausage sizzles out the front on a weekend, but the location is a bit of a pain to get to.

Very helpful staff when you can find one that is not zipping around the store helping a customer. Great garden centre!

i love you Bunnings!!! they are so cheap and have a huge variety of products, i especially love their garden section and the staff are always really helpful and friendly

They stock practically EVERYTHING apart from staff. Variety of great products and when you get a staff member they are attentive and extra helpful and can answer your questions without any trouble. It's just a challenge to find on or one that isn't helping someone else.
They greet you when you enter and leave making you feel a valued customer, in a welcoming environment
