On Monday I attended Bunnings at Kotara. I'm in my late 70s, weather very hot outdoors, fans good indoors. I collected things I needed withadvicecfrom staff & I bought a sandwich to take with me. In my rush to get away I left my sandwich in the trolley in the sun. Victoria on back exit found it & she & the other two young ladies on duty at back exit noting as a pensioner I might come back for a $7 product thoughtfully put it straight in the fridge. I returned after a circuit of the car park & they returned my cool sandwich with big smiles. Great customer service. Thank you, Gai

I just love Bunnings. The range and quality of products is always good and their return policy can not be beaten.
Staff are always super helpful & if one has trouble with a query they quickly grab another staff member to help.

Bunnings is a great place to shop for all your household, garden ect needs. Some times its hard to get help when you need advice. Some things are a little over price but its good you can get every thing in the one place.

I love going to Bunnings always come out with way more than planed, i find the staff to be very helpfull.
I do think that some of there things are a bit over priced but in saying that they do have great prices on most things, My self and my 3yo love the little bunnings trolly for kids she has a ton of fun filling it up. They alson have a playground whitch she loves as well.

Great products, i just wish that when i needed to find someone to help me with something i could, they always have alot of people walking around but when you need someone its hard to get help at times. Other then this the prices are brilliant and the range is great

the staff at bunnings are great. they're always helpful, the store is always tidy and of course there's not much that dont have - even if you're not looking for anything in particular !!

As always I found bunnings to be a very enjoyable experience, HUGE selection and extremely staff, sometimes the huge selection makes it difficult to find exactly what you need but the staff are very courtious and show you where you need to go

I love this place, its sometimes hard to find someone to help you with what you need, but when you can, they are usually always friendly and extremely willing to help. Great price most of the time too

WOW. the staff great here .Have been to other stores where staff and either useless or no existant but at kotara i was greated as i walked in AND asked if i needed any help. the young man htat assisted me in the gardening section really knew what he was talking about and asked me questions about what i needed for my project

found what i needed quite easily and service was easy to find and very helpful. the price matching is a great idea and can save a lot of shopping around
