Have been there twice now, worst service I have ever encountered at a Bunnings store. i had to as 4 different people to help me the first time, eventually someone paid enough attention to find my product but it took an hour instead of 10 minutes. The second time, thought things would be different but no. Wanted a product from tool room. It was decided it wasn't on the shelf because it was up on a pallet. Instead of getting it the girl just turned to me and said sorry its not in stock. Would advise you to use other stores.

I love going to bunnings in mill park they have the most friendly helpful staff that are willing to walk you to the item you are looking for even suggesting the best valued item not just the most expensive we have bought so many things from here and have never had a problem I went there and asked someone to help me choose a lawn mower and the guy recommended a easy start one so I could start it without needing a man to help me and it cost about $350 and its awesome cause now I can mow the lawns without having to wait for my fiancé to get home we've also recently bought a gerni for $100 and its incredible and they are the cheapest I went to mAsters looking for a tube light frame and they started at $60 I went to bunnings and got the exact same thing for $35

We're renovating so we go to a lot of Bunnings stores and this one is the best in our area by far. The lady at the special orders desk is fantastic and knows everything about ever thing!

bunnings at mill park is a great store in the area but i believe they can improve there specials
and increase there counter service they dont have enough counters open slow service

Great if you know what you want & want to buy it at the best price...it's a shame that it's likely to be killing Australian companies as nearly all the stuff is imported

I am in Kilmore and have to travel to where I can get what I want quickly and with as few hassles as possible as I tend to build a big shopping list before I go. At Mill Park they always find me rather than me aimlessly walking the aisles, they are professional and know their particular area. Nothing has been too much trouble and they often volu8nteer to go off to different areas for me to source things I can't personally find.

The store can be very proud of its employees and its customer service.

I am now retired but very much appreciate their efforts and courtesy having spent many years as the Manager of large Department Stores.

Sadly my staff never met the benchmark set here.

Owning a small farm I have many needs and Bunnings Mill Park will, I am sure, satisfy those needs for many years to come.

I have never made a comment until I stumbled across this site and felt it only fitting to give credit where credit is due.

I had a very positive experience at this Bunnings. I received prompt assistance and was given some great ideas on a painting project I was working on.

Bunnings Mill Park is the worst I have been to. I moved into the area 8 months ago and each time I go there I have to search for someone to help me and when I do I generally have to apologising for interrupting their personal coversations. I think they need to increase the amount of staff that actually have an idea anout what is in the store and what to do with it. I have now started paying a little more for my products by going to independant hardware stores..at least they know what they are talkign about and are willing to take the time to help.
