Monday we went to Bunnings in Scoresby as we had a problem with our whipper snipper and met Jim he was fantastic very helpful and he fixed it for us he also helped us choose a Ryobi blower,vacuum mulcher and on Tuesday again went back as we were having problems assembling it again Jim was fantastic nothing was a problem very friendly and very helpful thanks Jim

I wanted to order a specific type of weatherboard cut to size. I rang my local store. They gave me the run around. Was on hold for 10 min, then call was cut off. Then tried emailing them and was told they would transfer email to trade desk. Been 2 days and no answer. Customer service is not good at all and not happy. I've sourced my timber from a competitor instead.

I go to Bunnings about once a week. Love the store for its variety of stuff and has most things I need for handyman projects at a reasonable price. Once you need help though it is very difficult to find staff to assist. When you do find a staff member they then advise they don't belong to that section so have to wait again why they find someone.
