Ordered an item which, online, showed as
in-store. A staff member, Thomas, rang me and advised item not in stock but available at Bunnings Epping store. He could not have been more helpful. Excellent customer service!

You know that this Bunning rubbish is just dirty Chinese imports and that this womo site is just a scam only protecting advertisers selling and always rejects negative reviews.

After searching for something that my husband had sent me in to get, I found a very helpful young man whom not only took me exactly to what I needed but then gave me advice on how to use it to the best advantage, thanks Dan

I was after something specific and they found exactly what I was looking for. Very friendly too, nothing was to much of a problem for them

I have shopped at bunnings alot of the time i mostly buy hardware stuff from there i enjoy shopping there.

messy store especially hand tools but there prices are fantastic and there knowledge on tools especially Lufkin lasers is fantastic.. just need to clean up

If/ when you do manage to track down a worker of the store and ask for assistance, you will find they are very knowledgable! Their prices are ok, somtimes things are alot cheaper in Kmart, but assistance in projects wouldnt be as great from Kmart. Only downfall - its super cold in Bunnings!

Generally Bunnings Thomastown is a good place to find all those house hold hardwares. Although at times I find the service a bit lacking. Last week I went to Bunnings to buy some plastic. After two calls over the speaker and 10 minutes later nobody ever came to serve. Greeting staff tried to get a team member to help but his response was "ha, what, ha". There were 10 staff near the checkout area and nobody came to help. I understand that each staff member has their own work to do but one thing to remember is that without customers purchases there are no jobs. I ended up walking out empty handed.

I love this Bunnings Store. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they are so knowledgeable and helpful. Heaps of parking and the BEST sausage sizzles on a Sunday. PERFECT

The service at this Bunnings is absolutely fantastic! They help you with your every need. If they dont have something in stock they do everything they can to find it for you elsewhere. The best Bunnings around!
I live in Epping and i choose to drive to Thomastown as they are the most helpful!
