First time visiting this store. Excellent service from special orders counter, they had my item which I placed on hold for me ready on a trolley. The girls at the registers were cheerful and helpful. When putting our large box in the car a lovely young man ran over to help us without us even asking for help. Great experience

Just spent 15 minutes queuing at the returns desk (which also had a Queue) because all the other checkouts were closed. Eventually one of the other checkouts opened, at which point there was a race of a dozen other prospective customers. Although I was first in the returns queue I wasn’t nearest to the checkout so had to wait another 10 minutes to be served. Is it normal to have nobody on the checkouts??

Great store. I can always spend a long time here. Most of the staff are great. Got heaps of help with a home building project. Staff in plumbing, trade desk and Kristie in tools were all terrific.

The Hire Shop is a hidden treasure. I hired a ute for 5 days at the best rates around. And unlike some hires places that can be a little suspect with insurance and other cost increases as you are signing your forms, Bunnings was as easy as pie. Oh and the vehicle had only 3000km on it so still had that new care smell. Couldn't ask for more.

I was told it had the greatest flooring selection. The advice given by the flooring staff was excellent. They didn't have enough of the flooring I needed and got extra in for me even though it was a deleted stock. They also gave me excellent advice on how to lay the flooring.

have found the service here to be very good in most departments but particularly the special orders desk, they always come back promptly and end up with a better price than the price they initially quoted. I did get bad advice from one of the staff on the paint desk but this was followed by really good service from a young part time guy.
