I've had a few horrible experiences here and haven't returned since. It's not uncommon to be told your phone order is a 15min wait and then turn up and wait another 20. This happened a few times and another time it happened and we Waited 35mins only to be told (after Asking) that they didn't have my steamed dim sims ready so another 5 min wait.

After all this I then get home and my fish isn't in there. I go back and complain to the owner who then has a go at me. Won't go into detail but I was horrified that the actual owner spoke to me the way she did.

Hopefully their service has improved since then.
