This shop is tucked just a little way up a side street off the main tourist eatery area of Nelson place, don't know why I hadn't been here before, except there's an awesome pizza place across the road.

But had a very nice satay burger combo with drink and chips for $11 - big size burger and very tasty. Service was friendly and you can sit in or nice tables on the very pleasant street area. Burgers are very large so no problems there - not the greatest I've ever had but certainly up there. Plenty of others on the menu to choose from as well. All made fresh straight for you and with good quality meat and very nice bun. Will be back and bring some friends.

the burgers are the best (punks in the gym- a personal favourite) but it is kinda pricey if there's a few of you. combo deal is good but chip serve is small-ish, although it is filling. service varies in terms of friendliness and energy

I love it here and there super cheap its usally around $11-$12 and for the price you get a massive burger with your choice of white or wholemeal buns and a can of drink you can upgrade and get a alcoholic drink. I only ever get the satay burger because i just cant seem to go back with a nice lean beef burger lettuce cheese and satay sauce it has to be the best burger. They have a very large tv where you can sit back and relax and watch tv or shit outside on the sun. Always clean and meals never take longer then 15minutes.

Excellent home made burgers with healthy choice options. My favorite was the Spartan but I now have a new favorite with the Mexican. The spicy chips are also very addictive. Staff is always friendly and nice, as is the owner.

Wow, don't expect a fabulous welcoming when you walk through the door. Or any kind of greeting whatsoever. Service is non existent. The woman who served me didn't say a word to me at all. And you can forget service with a smile. Service without a pitchfork in your back and you're doing well. Yes I'm exaggerating. But, honestly, it didn't improve my mood.

Lucky the burgers were pretty nice. I didn't wait long and the combos are pretty ok. Small chips though :(

I'd go back cos the burgers were delicious and they have a good menu. The kitchen looked clean and maybe this woman was having a truly bad day.

Approximate cost: $7.50+
