I was able to use a voucher where I paid for my burger and received chips and drink for free. What I really like about Burger Urge is that all of the ingredients are fresh and you can tell that they're made on site. While it is more expensive than going to McDonalds, it is much tastier and has similar sort of pricing to Nando's or Grill'd. You might pay more but it's for a much nicer meal. Service wasn't great and they were very understaffed, with only one register operating and quite a line-up of customers. They had also run out of any diet soft drink. When the burger came it was worth the wait though (I had the beef chilli one).

Not bad - lots of flavour and good service!! Good but not great! Definitely fulfilling after a long day at uni.

After a long day at uni I decided to try this new burger place. I was not disappointed, the burgers were great! There is alot of choice on the menu with different meat and toppings. The chips that come with it were also very tasty with nice seasoning. The staff were a little slow in serving but once we ordered the food was prepared reasonably quickly. The decor in the restaurant is quite edgy and interesting and the booths make it quite secluded so you can still have a decent conversation with your friends while separted from other people. I have been back here many times with the same great experience!
