Purchased vouchers from deals.com or living social (one of them!)... Voucher was to give $80 value including vase and free delivery. My first voucher delivered lovely flowers, and yes, I though $80 value. The second voucher I cashed in on gave less value of flowers but a bigger vase. The third voucher I used ( I asked for no vase but additional flowers instead)... I got a vase and 4 brown sticks as 'background foliage' and the flower quality was worse than disappointing. Small flowers, Not very tall. I can get a $15 bunch of flowers from Centennial Florist which run absolute rings around theses ones I got. I rang and complained but got no customer satisfaction at all. Owner wasn't interested in exchanging unless I brought them back and then she could change them over (stating they would look the same) until the following week. I needed the flowers for when I ordered them - not for the following week. She didn't care that I was really disappointed - and angry that the so called $80 looked like crap. I will never buy from them again.

Very good service, i got a deal from Spreets, and they delivered on time and the flowers were fantastic lillies that lasted a lot longer than other flowers I have ordered
