This library used to be "my Library" when I lived nearby. I still return occasionally to use the History Room where there is so much information available about early settlers and birth marriage and death information in books from those days. When I do not wish to venture into the city I come here. Long table and chairs and space to spread out in a special section is helpful. Nice chatting like minded people also using the facility.

This is a large library with an extensive range of fiction and reference books. I still visit here occasionally although there are closer libraries now. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff to help resolve problems in finding what I am looking for. Also they have a great history room with books with information of the early settlers, marriages, births, deaths etc. Sometimes easier to look up in a book than online. Sometimes more info too. Old business directories and other types of early info. This is in a separate room with plenty of tables to work on.

This library was updated quite a few years ago and still seems state of the art. Spacious and well set out with fiction and a large reference section. Another feature that sets apart is the history section which is located in a special room. Access to many South Australian Reference books about ancestory etc. Books printed long ago but give details of marriages, births, deaths etc.
